Is there a standard cost for erecting scaffolding?

Every project is different, with varying requirements on the type, length and height of scaffolding required. Please contact us for a totally free, no-obligation quotation.

Do I need a permit from the council?

If the scaffolding is within the boundary of your property there is no need for a permit. However, if any part of the scaffolding needs to be erected on a pavement, footpath or the road outside your property, a local council permit will be required. Any permit requirements will be determined when the project survey is undertaken. If a permit is required, there’s no need to worry about contacting the council, we will obtain the permit on your behalf.

Will there be any damage to my property or garden?

We have an excellent reputation for erecting scaffolding with no damage to either property or surrounding garden areas. If we do have any concerns regarding possible damage, these will be assessed and discussed before any sort of work is undertaken.

When do I pay for the scaffolding?

Payment is required when the scaffold is erected.

Can I make adjustments to the scaffold after it’s been erected?

Once the scaffolding has been erected it should not be modified or adjusted in any way whatsoever. Your safety is of paramount importance to us, attempting to move, adjust or alter the scaffolding after it has been erected could lead to a very serious accident. If you do need any sort of post erection modifications, please contact us.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we have the following cover:

Can you supply a ladder if required?

Yes, a ladder can be supplied. Please request this when we carry out the site survey.

When will you remove the scaffolding?

When the project is completed and you no longer need the scaffolding, call us to arrange a suitable date and time for dismantling and removal.

Is it possible to erect scaffolding over a conservatory?

Yes, we regularly erect scaffolding over conservatories.

Once I have received my quotation will you contact me again?

When we have provided a quotation it is then up to you to get in touch with us and give the go-ahead. We are not one of those companies that use pressure selling. We will not contact you again in any way shape or form.
